We know you have other choices when building your real estate transaction forms. The alternatives have many options and bells and whistles. This can make it complicated to do what you need to do - prepare that offer or listing so that you can move on and actually sell real estate!
We keep it simple. You select the type of document you want to create, select the specific forms you want to include from the list relevant forms for the transaction you are working on, fill in the variable information, then produce a PDF with the completed offer or listing.
You can view and print the document or email it to someone else.
if you are a brokerage company, you can specify exactly which forms agents use and can ask us to default to certain forms being selected when the agent starts working.
