The Employee Relocation Council Broker's Market Analysis and Strategy Report (BMASR) enables Real Estate Agents and others to provide an appraisal of the market value of a property and a strategy for sale of the property. Real Estate firms and agents use this document to explain their assessment of the value of a property (a "comparative market analysis" and/or a "Broker's Price Opinion") and how they will be effective selling it. With this single, comprehensive document in hand, a seller can make an informed decision about engaging you and your Real Estate firm as their listing agent.

This is also an effective document for convincing an organization that is relocating employee's to engage you as their Listing Agent and your firm as their preferred real estate company.

This server based application only requires that you use Internet Explorer® browser (version 5 or later) and Adobe® Reader® (any version and available at no cost from www.adobe.com). There is no additional software for you to buy and install. If your office has a network, there is nothing additional for the network administrator to do since you already have Internet access. A short user reference manual is available for download immediately after login or can be e-mailed to you. Our trained technical support staff will be happy to do a telephone walk through with you if you need help at any time during the subscription period.

As a subscriber, you can use this document from any PC anywhere in the world that has Internet access. Use it at home, at the office, at the nearest Internet Cafe, from your laptop, at your customer's home of office, etc. All you need is your e-mail address and password to log in. The data you enter is saved on the web server, so it is accessible only to you, from any PC anywhere. The completed document is saved on your PC (hard drive, floppy, writable CD, etc.). Only you can access the data files. Therefore, there is no concern about unauthorized people seeing your proposals.

This application is offered on an annual subscription basis. There are no limits on the number of times you can use the document during the subscription period. Updates, modifications and changes issued by the ERC are included in the subscription price. Unlimited e-mail and telephone technical support is included in the subscription price.
