The Employee Relocation Council Broker's Market Analysis and Strategy Report enables Real Estate Agents and others to provide an appraisal of the market value of a property and a strategy for sale of the property. Real Estate firms and agents use this document to explain their assessment of the value of a property (a "comparative market analysis") and how they will be effective selling it. With this single, comprehensive document in hand, a seller can make an informed decision about engaging you and your Real Estate firm as their listing agent.
This is also an effective document for convincing an organization that moves employee's from your area to engage you as their Listing Agent and your firm as their preferred real estate company.

The data entry screens and the form are automatically updated to meet the latest specifications issued by the Employee Relocation Council, so you know you are always using the current version.
This server based application only requires that you use the Internet Explorer® browser and the Adobe® Reader® (available at no cost from www.adobe.com). This means that there is no additional software for you to buy and install. If your office has a network, there is nothing additional for the network administrator to do since you already have Internet access. A short user reference manual is e-mailed to you, and we will be happy to do a telephone walk through with you if you need help at any time during the subscription period.
As a subscriber, you can use this document from any PC anywhere in the world that has Internet access. Use it at home, at the office, at the nearest Internet Cafe, from your laptop, at your customer's home of office, etc. All you need is your e-mail address and password to log in. The data you enter and the completed form are saved on your PC (hard drive, floppy, writable CD, etc.), nothing is saved on the server. Therefore, there is no concern about unauthorized people seeing your proposals.
This application is offered on an annual subscription basis. There are no limits on the number of times you can use the document during the subscription period. Updates, modifications and changes issued by the ERC are included in the subscription price. Unlimited e-mail and telephone technical support is included in the subscription price.
